Audiobooks and e-Books will be delivered via Bookfunnel. The email will come from help@bookfunnel.com. If you do not receive your audiobook or e-Book within 10 minutes of purchasing, and the email is not in your spam folder, please email Bookfunnel at help@bookfunnel.com.

Physical books will be shipped via USPS within 5 business days.
